About
Alanah Garrard
My practice is informed by the traditions of existential philosophy in which change, uncertainty, suffering and anxiety can be a part of our everyday lives. I offer a safe space in which clients can address these issues with understanding and compassion. We will work collaboratively by reflecting on experiences both past and present in order to gain insight and offer different perspectives.
